Torat Yisrael
I completely built this website except for the graphics. I decided to use Joomla CMS for this site to make it easy for the editor to add new articles and organize archived issues. I added a component for a newsletter and edited it in PHP and MySQL to meet requirements. I programmed a script to view each issue page by page in Javascript. I created the template based on a Photoshop design I was given, and I have tweaked both the HTML and CSS at times since to best meet the needs of the publication.
